Worst insurance company to deal with!!!

Hollard insurance is the worst insurance company ever!in November 2022 their client(truck) was trying to squeeze in from a slip road smashing the vehicle behind me causing that vehicle to hit into me, February 2023 the finally decide to send out the assessor,a month later they received the assessors report and then state that the damages are in correspondence to what my quotes stated but they cannot pay out the full amount they can only pay out 50% as their client was not at fault,so honestly who was at fault,this truck driver was not in a sober frame of mind,he fled from the scene when we were all instructed by metro police to report to the closest police station,now Hollard states he was not at fault,so to settle this on going process I accept the 50% and still up until now no payment has been made when I call I am informed that the person handling the claim is on leave or out of the office, sometimes when I do get through to her she tells me it's processed to the payments department,how long does a payment process take because this is going on for a ridiculous period of time and these people are totally unprofessional,disgusted in hollard insurance!
