Worst insurance company ever

<p>Been with Hollard now for 5 years, second time now that I have tried to claim, they always have an excuse ready for any situation, first time was declined due to poor workmanship (pool cracked after 10 years??) and now I was declined because apparently my the slope of my patio caused water damage to my house and not the exesive amount of rain we've been having. </p> <p> </p> <p>The best part is that no one can even go out on to the patio, because of the water damage to the door (door too badly damaged to open). Also not sure how the patio slope is all of a sudden a problem 13 years after the house has been built??</p> <p> Lastly this is not an isolated incident, every one I know that has Hollard insurance always gets the poor workmanship excuse and they simply refuse to pay out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wil be moving my insurance first chance I get, I do not recommend Hollard to anyone that expects their insurance to pay out.</p>
