WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

<p>my vehicle was ****** on the 22 of october from midrand... immediately called saps and after an hour went to report it physically.. thinking i have done everthing.. repeorted it and had an ivestigator assigned... had to take a day off work to meet guy where vehicle was ****** and requested me to org etoll bill and other documentation.. than he tells me that my vehicle cannot be ****** without key... to make long story short .. i have been accused of doing something with the car.... because cannot be ******,, been asked to take a polygraph test which upon investigation found out its my right not too... wanted bank statements, cell statements, my whole life history .. i always use the alt roads instead toll.. get grilled to why.. i mean honestly being called a ***** and being told wat roads to drive on is total bull****... i have been paying almost 2k a month insurance to dem and its the first major claim which i have had... and this is the treatment i get... its totally unfair... been patient for 5 weeks that is why i am posting this now.. think enough is enough.. im certain thereare many people out there experiencing the same thing... and something needs to be done...</p>
