Worst Insurance: Be Warned

I have received the worst service ever in my life from this company!!! I pay thousands a month for insurance, have a fire damage claim, they want to clean my furniture!!!!! On the other hand, Standard bank is replacing everything on the building!! Ceio,floors, lights, cupboards!!!! Hollard want me to use my fire damaged furniture that has been in a warehouse for 7 weeks now!!!!!!!!!What is the use of insurance!
