Worst decision to move to hollard

I had water damage at my house, i told my broker that i would like to claim from my insurance after this an assessor was sent out to my house and a report was drafted by the assessor indicating that the claim was valid and the claim should be paid, after this hollard decided to repudiate the claim??<br> <br> Going to change from them once i have exhausted all possible recourse(legal)<br> <br> each month they accept my premiums yet when i need them they are not willing to help.
