Worse Service ever

Good day I just received a call with regards to my car claim warranty cover she said they can only pay R2000+ on my car claim where else i was told that the minimum cover on my car will be R25000.00 when claiming. 2. I was not told about the waiting period which Kholofelo Mabala just informed me about. To be told that some components are covered and some are not covered, what does that means to me as a customer, I don't want to lie to you so far I just had a bad experience with this company and I don't wish that some illiterate and uneducated people like me to go through the same experience. The consultants at this company only care about making their commission.

I am on to the second week without a car is that fair to me as customer who is paying every month without fail.
