Worse Insurance ever

The worst insurance you can possibly think of using. I am waiting now for 4 years for them to make a decision on my car accident where my child died. Apparently they are waiting for blood test in order for them to decide whether to pay or not. I must just be patient and wait. Still awaiting an answer from them for how long do I have to wait. BAB BAD BAD service.
