worse customer service this was

03/02/2018 I bought a phone from Jet Rustenburg for cash and I decided to insure the phone on the 30/09/2018 my phone gave me problems and stop working and i took it to Jet Rustenburg waterfall Mall and they took it in and told me that they will send it to the insurance company on monday since they not working on weekends after three days without hearing anything from the insurance nor the store i decided to go to the shop and do a follow up when i get there my phone was no way to be trace and than I told them when the application was captured the incorrect ID number was capture thats when they use the wrong ID number and they could pick it up last week I've received a call from the store stating that I must come in and bring my ID copy and give more information what happens to the phone for the third time I went today i called the insurance company and one of the agent told me that the service provider should have told me the when the phone is damage like mine is they dont repair it and why I didn't read they policy wording which I didn't have and only received it today . They are so happy to debt my account but have excuses when they suppose to act what a hell.
