WHAT IS GOING ON???

I joined Hollard legal more than a year ago, they handled one or two small issues for me, all good and nice. I then had a bit more serious issue regarding a motor vehicle accident. I started legal action against the person who caused the accident. This was more than 6 months ago, before the post office strike. Up till now I have had no feedback about the matter. When I phoned in the other day I was told by a nice gentleman that legalwise has taken over the Hollard clients and that I would have to start \afresh"with the legal action process. If I did not phone in I would not have known that my case was not attended to anymore. The problem here is that time is running out (statute of limitations). Why was I not notified that legalwise has taken over the account and that they intended to do nothing about my case? I was dealing with a nice young lady before who helped me in my home language.
