What A Rip-off!!
So I took up insurance with Hollard for 2 cars and household contents in 2013.

On first on January 2016 I noticed that a debit order went off for 31% more than my usual instalment. I then called my broker at Vital Consult, Marietjie, to understand why. She informed me that Hollard had decided to increase certain clients instalment, however I never received any form of communication prior to the increase! ! She said I was suppose to accept of decline the new quote, but I never received any communication! Then I was told that Mutual and Federal agreed to take over these clients on their books, and I will get the same premium with the same benefits, what a lie!!! I had an exess waver on my original policy, however my new policy offer don't have this waver. What horrible service from Hollard!! Basically throwing these clients away, and forcing me to take up worse cover for more money. I only processed 1 claim since I joined!!! Is this even legal!
