West Bank and Hollard, The money *****ers

West Bank this morning decides to send me a policy document of a Hollard outstanding debt policy i never agreed to and know nothing of. In the letter they state that I have to pay a premium of 549.76 as from 2018/06/30. I HAVE NEVER AGREED TO THIS EVER. So I decided to call them because this must be a mistake, they tell me that I must submit proof of insurance 1st for them to cancel this policy. I tell the consultant that i am submitting nothing to them before they remove this because its nothing i agreed to and will never agree to. He tells me that I agreed that they will be cover for the car for the period of the debt and i said yes which i provided proof when i took the car and no one told me i should provide proof of insurance every year to them. and no one asked for proof from me before they put that insurance in my account. I believe what they are doing is ********, they cannot just give people policies with out their consent. this is distasteful and disgusting. I feel my money is being stollen from me. I will be taking this matter to the National credit
