Weeks of no communication or reaction
It's been weeks and weeks trying to get any type of communication regarding a third party claim. Paperwork has been submitted several times but still no reaction or feedback on claim. Claim Number :*** : Third Party Claim. Any feedback would be appreciated regarding this matter. Hope this is not a true reflection of your general service delivery.
