Waiting since 02/01/2016 for claim to be paid out

I have made 6 calls on ***.<br> 5 faxes to ***<br> 4 emails [Email Removed]<br> And they send me another message this afternoon additional documentation required. I need assistance and refused to pay another send for addititional faxes or emails or even phone calls. Claim 14338, I need an answer as soon as possible.
