Waiting for too long

I submited my laptop claim on the 04th of June 2020 was told to send motivation letter why am I claiming so late I have done that stated the reasons. and was told its been approved they will send someone to collect since it's lockdown . When I call again to check what's holding was told to wait between 7 and 14 working days which wash 22 June called again they told me still waiting for approval . Am sic k and tired now of waiting when they debit from may account there's no approval
