Very Upset and Unhappy with the rejection of my claim

‪@Hollard I’m so disappointed and disgusted of how this praised organization is treating it clients and feel people need to know. I’ve been a short term insurance holder with Hollard since January 2016 and never missed any payments. On the 18th October 2018; while at work I received a call from my son that some of our belongings are missing in the house. Knowing the area I stay in and security in my area couldn’t believe requested to live the meeting in the office immediately and came back home. Find out some minor items were taken from the house and a window was opened, which wasn’t opened when I left the house. All bedrooms cupboards doors were opened stuff left on the floor in the passage and a knife in my kids’ bedroom. I called police and requested to come to take statements and also do house search. Firstly was told there was no proof of forced entry, but the window was loose compared to other windows in the house and was also told there is no way someone will fit in the bugler bars and only after I told them ones I had my wife come through it when we locked ourselves outside. I was also told there was no way the 32 inch television will come out of the window until I went to the store where I purchased my TV and took measurements to proof otherwise. The insurance is still holding on to the clause of proof of forced entry which I have proved to be wrong with the assessor, but because of the police opinion who never tested this and the security company who didn’t do the test the insurance has reach a conclusion of rejecting the claim. I’m trying to understand what make them feel they can reject the claim as from where I’m sitting I feel there is some underlying facts that were not disclosed by Hollard which i feel are missing from my policy or the decision has been influenced by other outside factors. I’m sitting here trying to understand the rejection and the only answer I get is that Hollard never wanted to pay from the beginning as I have gone through a lot proving a lot of what the assessor called her investigated facts as subjective and incorrect, but still she managed to come up with a report that is based on subjective theories. The only thing that remains a fact here is that I’ve lost my belongings that were insured and the insurance can’t replace due to baseless facts. I’m very not happy and don’t feel Hollard deserve any of my premiums.‬
