Very Unhappy Client

Good Day

I am highly upset with the service from Hollard Insurance, We pay so much and they decline you for deterioration or wear and tear. If they can take our money and have approved the house structural like Standard Bank did I fell that they can approve our claim. Our neighbors have a open pool and dogs, we have dogs and a 3 year old and the refuse to fix the boundary wall, so when our child drowns or dogs attack each other it will be our loose as they refuse to fix the boundary wall.
