Very disappointed
Good day I have sent a claim on the 30th of May and received only 1 call last week and was told they are working on the claim and nothing else since then. Very disappointed with the service of Hollard

03 Aug 2018, 07:18I made my 6th call last one dated yesterday the 2nd August and was told by the consultant that it takes 14-21 working days. This claim was sent on the 30 of May 2018 she then told me 21 days is on the 1th of September after me trying to explain to her 21 days from the 13 July is not in September she still continued to tell me you don't count the weekend. Eventually I have up there was no point because she refused to listen she also refused to escalate the matter, she said it had been already escalated she can't do it again. So disappointed about the assistannce received well a better words would be lack of interest
