Vehicle returned in PARTS

The assessor for hollard declined my claim directly, He is saying that im lying about the damage caused on my vehicle and that the vehicle is damaged due to mechanical issues.

Im a pensioner i dont drive fast im driving a hundai i 20 diesel it is not fast

We hit something on our way home from KZN to JHB and it caused a waterleak in the radiator causing the vehicle to overheat, we stopped and filled it with water constantly and left it parked at home to schedule in the repairs.

The vehicle was sent for repairs and given back to us stripped in parts with the clain declined

The vehicle could still drive and now it cannot drive, how do i even put it back together?

As a pensioner this is my only transport and i do not have funds to repair the damage as this is the reason i have insurance for accidental damage

I want my vehicle repaired

I hope this goes viral and that everyone out there can see what tipe of service Hollard is giving their clients.

Totally unacceptable
