vehicle insurance

<p>I am a policy holder under FNB insurance brokers.im very much irritated by their lack of being informative.1stly they debit my account with a higher amount and they don't send me paper work stating why tht was done,I had to physically call them and they gave me some pathetic excuse that the reason my vehicle insurance went up is due to the rate that the panel beaters rates go up yearly and mind u the only throng I have claimed from them in the past 5 years is windscreen.THIS IS TRULY PATHETIC </p>
