Useless insurance company

I reported a claim on the 07March 2018 Busisiwe Xulu is handling my claim,they sent an Assesor to check my car and the report from the Assesor came then they said my car damages are estimeted to R7000. Mind you this is a Ford Fiesta The bumper only in this car is R9780, Steering Rack R12512. my car is damaged on the front number and on the suspension. I went to check it and they told me Steering rack need to be replaced, mind you I told an assessor that my steering has got a sound after an accident. But they avoid to check my vehicle properly and repair it. Until today my car is still not repaired. This is Useless Insurence company and I would never recommend it to anyone, they are selfish.
