Useless Contractors appointed to deal with Building Claim

A claim was approved after the severe hailstorm in Krugersdorp 2 contractors appointed. Arrangements were made that I take a days leave so they could complete the repairs. The Glasfit People no Problem. The other contractor from Rustenburg pitched up around 12PM with no equipment or items to repair and complete the work hung around for about 15 minutes bad mouthing Hollard and left. To date a week later they are not taking my calls and I have lodged a complaint with Hollard Really poor service and also more damages occurring now on a daily basis with the rain we are having which I expect to be repaired as part of the original claim. Really not acceptable.
