Useless and *********** as usual

This is my second review about the same issue because of the utter incompetence of your useless staff. Not only do they refuse to email me directly, they insist on ONLY emailing the broker but not me. WHO DO THEY THINK IS PAYING FOR THE SERVICE?????

A leak detection "specialist" was sent who poked a hole in my ceiling which let out fresh water. They insist it's a leak through the sealant from the shower over the bath 2-3 meters away from where the water damage begins. They have no proof. It's just a guess. So I've had to fork out of pocket for resealing my bath because a few drops of water seeped through the back. Not enough to wet the floor, mind you.

Now you *********** ****s are refusing to fix the damage. Seeing as this was all caused by the assholes at Solar 4 U that you sent in the first place.
