Terrible interactions with Hollard over the last few days: Service provider had the worst service levels ever (Pool Fundi). I have had to call them myself over the last week - they have never returned a call 18 month old pool pump has been described as damaged due to wear and tear? Then they call me this morning and want me to verify my information (ID number) over the phone? Really, you called me... Totally *********** and a terrible customer experience
