Useless

Good day. I am so enraged at Hollard's obvious lack of customer care. We had our car ****** in Dec 2014 the car was only 6 months old, after many many complications we got the car back after two months. We had the car for a week and the gearbox was acting up. We tried to arrange for the car to be seen. After another week of no response from Hollard my fiance decided to take the car to VW. They checked the gearbox and said it needed to be replaced. Due to the negligence of their preferred towing company or panel-beaters, we are once again car-less for another month (they estimate). We have already exhausted all our family and friends' ability to help during the two month period we had no transport. We are now forced to face the reality that my fiance might not be able to attend work, which will effect out livelihood. And no one gives a damn about this predicament that we are faced with, as it is APPARENTLY not their fault. I recommend that anyone considering Hollard insurance through VW should rather opt for another insurance company.
