Unresolved Issues with Hollard Insurance

I encountered several issues with Hollard Insurance. Following heavy rainfall in December 2022, my roof began leaking, resulting in damage to items inside. Despite their attempts to repair it, they were unsuccessful. Subsequent rainfall only exacerbated the problem, causing further damage. I repeatedly requested repairs, only to be informed that my warranty lasts for only six months. Contacting the complaints department yielded no results - calls went unanswered or disconnected. At one point, I arranged for my roof to be fixed by a specialist recommended by the insurer, only to be informed later that it was done incorrectly and still requires maintenance. I have consistently made my payments, yet I feel they consistently employ excuses to avoid covering damages. I'm extremely frustrated with their service, and the unresolved issue prevents me from switching insurers, as each contact with them necessitates filing a new claim.
