Unprofessional

Hollard have failed to provide me with service for weeks now. When I engaged with them on a social platform, upon requesting to be treated with respect and dignity they proceeded to block me. When I call, I am on hold for extended periods of time only to be told no one in the Complaints department is answering the phone?

The lack of service from Hollard is unprofessional and their conduct questionable.

Absolutely pathetic!
