Unpaid cellphone claim - Hollard insurance

I've only been with Hollard (Through a broker) since the 15th of last month. My cellphone was ****** (23 may 2015) from me along with other items....Now my 1st installment comes off on the 1st of every month (come off on the 2nd this month). I had to wait for my 1st installment to come off before they would pay me out and I had to send them proof of payment too. On the 2nd June 2015 they said my claim is going to be paid that afternoon or the next morning, it is now 10 June 2015 and I still haven't been paid out. I started calling my broker every 2-4 hours and I keep hearing the same story, you will be paid today and nothing.<br> Where do i stand on this matter? I use my cellphone for work, so it's extremely important to have a cellphone<br>
