Unhappy

<p>Hi</p> <p>I took out a personal loan with Direct Axis last year October. I had to take out insurance with the loan which is understandable. </p> <p>On the 4 November 2016 an agent callef me to say that I neec life insurance. I told him I don't need one as i have one already. He told me I have no choice otherwise I won't get the loan. I was very unhappy because I needed the loan for transfer fees and I told him I will finish this loan asap.</p> <p>Long story short, 6 months into the loan I paid it up which was April 2017. End of April another debit order gets deducted of R142.69.</p> <p>I phoned Direct Axis, they transferred me to Hollard. I explained to the lady what happened. She then informed me that it was no need to take out the insurance, the agent just wanted to make a sale.</p> <p>I am really unhappy and want my money back as I was forced into taking out a policy which I didn't wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards </p> <p>Chantell </p>
