Unfair , unequitable decision on claim

Good day I will never take out a Hollard insurance policy ..........32 years of driving and my 1st claim wherein my car was taken unauthorised and damaged . Took them 57 days to issue a repudiation report . You never receive feedback nor correspondences from them . It costs a lot more than the premiums you pay. Decision was not based fairly . Further approx. 3 months without a car . Now I got the ENCA , Wendy Nola show in Feb and my Advocate to sort this out . Am sure no client will want to experience such fate . Damages , costs incurred , delays , stress etc . ..........................HOLLARD / BIDVEST BROKER IS A NEVER !!!!
