Part of your ticket is travel insurance - which I forgot about.<br> On the boat I ended up having to be treated in the clinic on the ship - and had to pay cash for this. <br> Only in May, when I was looking at booking another cruise, did I see the compulsory travel insurance.<br> I sent an email to find out if I would be able to submit a claim for the medical expenses in Feb - Bethuel was so friendly and helpful - he said I should send him the details and he would see what he could do for me.<br> today, I got an email from Joyce with a settlement letter to sign.<br> thank you - you guys have been so efficient and have really gone the extra mile!!!
