UNAUTORIZED CHARGES
<p>For some reason my policy was amended without my knowledge and my premiun increase. no one bother to call to tell me tha my insurance went up, i only found out on the bank statement. when i requested that they send me the policy schedule nothing happened, 3 weeks later after countless emails and phonecalls still havent received it. I am unable to cance it now. you are just the worst.</p>
