Unauthorized Debt Orders

I have experience problems with unauthorized debt orders on my bank account. When I contacted Hollard Insurance to request proof of the debts I was send a letter stated that the reference numbers on my account does not exist. However the amount was still deducted from my account until to date. I approach my Lawyer with this information where he addressed letters to the Customer Service Manager with no avail. Up until to date we have not receive any response from Hollard as to the reason for these deductions and what this is for.
