Unauthorized debit orders - Theft at its best

Unauthorized debit orders (2 of them) went through on my account -I don't have a single policy with Hollard!!!!!!! Don't you check and confirm details before you make deals.Theft at its best!!!!!! Proved proof immediately that I agreed to these!!!!!!!
