Unauthorized debit
i wanted to change my insurance from Miway to hollard, but then Miway reviewed my cover with them and i then decided to stay with Miway, i then asked Hollard to stop their cover, they said they will cancel, but now they debited my account which didn't have money in it, now there's bank charges on my account.
