Unacceptable Bad Service

I purchased a z3 phone at Truworths and took out insurance on the phone . As per the booklet I received from Truworths , my premium should be R49.00 . I was debited with R 123.87 on the 1/12/2015 .<br> <br> I went to Truworths to query the amount . I was told that the insurance is with Hollard Ins and I must query this with them . I informed them they sold this insurance to me and must assist which they did . Hollard was phoned and 2 agents dropped the calls after i waisted my entire lunch hour holding for an available agent .<br> <br> Hollard this is very poor service to Truworths and their clients .
