Unacceptable !!!

This is the most *********** company I have ever dealt with.... I have a retrenchment policy with them and are struggling to get any reply on my application as from February 2020.

First the call centre advised me that they did not received my claim although I got a read receipt from the email address they advised me to send my claim documents to... I have send 5 emails already and spoken to them with reference numbers for numerous times now and every time I phone they " struggle to get my information on the system " and then they promise to escalate it and when I phone again the escalation have not even been captured or done by them ....

I also tried to contact their complaints department via phone call and email no surprise there , the calls are being directed directed directed and the email addresses for complaints keep coming back as undelivered due to a system error on their side,

No need to say that because of this pathetic service I have been handed over by my Creditors as I could not make a plan ( even though I made provision for a situation like this by having a retrenchment policy) paid for years but when you need it no one can or are willing to help you at this company I am so frustrated and disappointed by these people by now..... I will not advise any person or institution to ever make use this company as there is just no help / feedback from them when you need them !!!!
