Unable to cancel policy
I sent a mail to cancel, no one has come back to me. I called the call centre and I hold for years. I want my two policies cancelled as soon as possible, this is my 2nd formal cancellation request.

Is the SMS flying to my location via Saxonwold? So basically she **** to me? I want to submit a formal complaint against her.
