Time to change service provider

I had logged a claim on behalf of my dad, after the heavy rains. A big tree in our yard had drop two rows of our precast wall and now the tree sits on our neighbors tree which we hear complaints about everyday. Hollard had proved the claim but the best part is they will pay R3771 for this damage after taking out the excess we can expect R3271. To get the tree removed will cost about R3000 alone so how the hell are we suppose to get this done. How to the even assess damages or are we just wasting our time with them. This being the second time for an issue when claiming. We refuse such a pathetic settlement.
