HELLO PLEASE HELP ME, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HOLLARD INSURANCE CLAIM ING ON THIRD PARTY

I was bumped by someone on 23 March 2018. Untill today my car is not yet fixed and no one communicate s with me
