Thanks for nothing !

<p>My husband has an insurance policy with Hollard for my son’s cell phone (Samsung J1) with policy nr ********** 05062. The insurance was specifically taken for the lost or damage to the phone. For the past 2 years he has been paying the policy without filing any claim whatsoever. My son lost his phone at school on 15 June 2017 and we reported a police report and blacklisted his phone, we provided all the necessary documents for the insurance claim, and despite filing all the documents we were informed that our claim was rejected because the IMEI number does not correspond, we have provided proof of the IMEI number but still the claim was rejected. Hollard insurance policy sucks, our money is good enough to be deducted but when it comes to filing a claim and payment thereof the insurance is quick to repudiate your claim. We request cancelation of the insurance as well as all payments done in respect of the policy. We will never take out any insurance with Hollard Insurance again. Thanks for nothing!!!</p>
