We travelled recently and had Hollard cover for unplanned events. It so happened that weather interrupted our well planned holiday. So, we ended up staying in hotels for 2 nights. Once back home I forwarded all the necessary paperwork and proof of expenses. 2 days later, Hollard refunded us. I am, was genuinely impressed and what's more, it was a coue hundred Rand included in our travel planning. Thank You
