Terrible terrible terrible!

Hollard has no regard for their clients or their customer experience.

I was referred to a Hollard-preffered panelbeater for the repairs to my vehicle in Aug 2022, and it has still not been resolved 5 months later. There has been NO assistance from Hollard whatsoever. The most useless and unhelpful Assessor was also appointed to the case.

A formal complaint was lodge to Hollard following this ********** experience, with NO feedback months later. Call centre for complaints also non existent - only able to send an email to a (seemingly) unattended email address.

I have in the meantime cancelled my polcies with Hollard - never again!
