Terrible Service with cell c and there c surance under taken by Hollard

<p>Hi good day,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I hope I will be taken seriously after this!</p> <p><br />So I had a huawei p9 that got ****** at Goudini spa on the 23.04.2017 round about 01.00 am,</p> <p>I have involved Goudini's manager as well as the police.</p> <p><br />I had to involve the police in order to make a case for insurance perposes as i'm paying about R189.00 per month only for the insurance on the phone.soooo....long story short,</p> <p><br />I was told to call C SURANCE "BEFORE 60 DAY'S".. which i have been calling them since the 24.04.2017 and what do the call centre do?..</p> <p><br />Put me on ****ING HOLD FOR TWO AND A HALF ****ING HOURS.</p> <p><br />Which is UTTERLY INSANE.</p> <p><br />Do this mean i am not going to be help at all?</p> <p><br />Do this mean ill be a looser of all those money spent on the insurance for the phone?</p> <p><br />What the **** is wrong with yoou ****ing people?</p> <p><br />You guys are so quickly to ask "if you whould like to take out an insurance on your phone,but once some **** go wrong with your phone then there are no one who can help you?</p> <p><br />I use my phone mainly for work perposes and now im beeing held up by ths ****ING BULL ****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist this matter as clearly you can tell its driving me insane now.</p> <p><br />Apparently this company " c surance is under taken by Hollard"</p> <p><br />Which is a huge company..Was this hole insurance for my phone a ****?</p> <p><br />There service suck and many people told me the same thing.</p> <p><br />Shame on you!!!!!</p>
