Terrible service from Hollard Insurance

Hollard insurance does not even deserve the one star rating that I have given. I have had the most terrible and unprofessional experience with them. On the 8th of August I made a claim with no success, I have done several follow ups with no success either. They have been making promises when we call that they have escalated the matter to the claims department but still there haven't gotten back to us thus far.
