TERRIBLE_Service_Cellphone Claim

I’m extremely disappointed in the delayed and **** service I have been receiving with regards to a simple cellphone claim. They will cause you major inconvenience! The claim was submitted on the 17 June 2019 and forwarded to your office at 24 June 2019. No straight feedback has been given, pathetic! Only to find that the claim has been rejected, (Its true....you know a insurer will look for every opportunity to reject the claims)

The rejection does not seem justified as the cellphone was stole from my locked car.

I have called multiple times to have the "official claim outcome letter" sent to me so that I can escalate the matter.

I just don't know anymore. Let this be a warning...
