Terrible service

<p>I had a very long wait for a tow in service .Communication was bad and after my car was collected the cap was removed from the bumper and is now missing.I dare anyone to try report this .Try phone hollard .I was transferred many times and was cut of three times.There are a few choices on the self help selection none get you to a complaints section.I dare hollard management to call their own company it is PATHETIC.I hope now I get some action but doubt it .</p>
