Terrible Experience
I have had the most unpleasant experience with Hollard regarding a matured policy payment. I have spent days calling their call centre only to be told my matter has been escalated and they would get back to me. They never call me back and worst of all, the error was made on their side as acknowledged by one of their consultants. Worst service ever

17 Jul 2020, 11:55Hollard has never bothered to respond, resolve or even provide feedback since they requested my policy number. Every consultant has a different story when I call. Hollard service is ********** to say the least. Getting such bad treatment when the fault is theirs!
