Terrible business partners

Disappointing Experience with Naked Insurance and hollard insurance I've always trusted Naked Insurance, but unfortunately, my recent experience with them has left a sour taste. After being involved in a hit-and-run accident, our vehicle was taken in for repairs. However, when we collected it, we noticed a strange sound. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the radiator had not been properly attached after the repairs.

Naked Insurance was informed, and they resubmitted a claim. Unfortunately, they attempted to claim unnecessary items, which seemed like a deliberate attempt to decline the claim. This is unacceptable, especially considering they made the mistake in the first place.

I'm extremely disappointed in the way Naked Insurance handled our claim. As a consumer, it's essential to be cautious when dealing with insurance companies. I would advise others to be wary of Naked Insurance's practices and to carefully review their policies and claims processes.
