Take Me Home Service Only After 5PM? Really?

<p>I have an insurance policy and as part of the policy they offer a "free" take-me-home service (through HRS Assist) should you find yourself in a situation where you have had too much alcohol to drink in order to get home safely and without being convicted for driving under the influence. As it is the time of the year where Xmas lunches are happening daily, I decided I would try use the service so that I could relax a little more at the company's year-end function and indulge in a glass or two of wine (which, depending on the wine, could send you over the legal limit). The first issue is you have to give them a 2hr lead time so you have to know exactly when your lunch will end and then secondly they only operate from 5pm in the evening. This results in me having a "free" service which is pretty much pointless. If this is the before we have even logged your request service, I would hate to think what the actual delivery of service is like. </p>
