Still waiting for documentation

I was promised a disclaimer with regards to the Trust And small claims documentation I requested on the 24th June. Gift assured me the documentation would be forwarded to my e-mail address. <br> <br> This is not the first time the business failed to live up to it's promises and it has been almost impossible to get through to their agents. I was promised an agent would get back to me a week earlier to no avail as I felt I had held up for far too long.<br> <br>
